CANCELLATION POLICY

SugarBloom Wax Cancellation Policy At SugarBloom Wax, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policy: Appointment Cancellations * Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 20% of the scheduled service. No-Shows * Clients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. * Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for all future appointments or may result in the inability to book future services. Late Arrivals * If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. * If there is not enough time to complete your service safely, it will be considered a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Same-Day Appointments * Same-day appointments canceled with little notice may be subject to the same cancellation fee. Emergencies * We understand that emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. Fees may be waived at the discretion of SugarBloom Wax. By booking an appointment with SugarBloom Wax, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
